Cherokee.Rock.Rifle. was born like a plume of black smoke peeling from a wildfire burning hot through Midwest nights. Contrived of five savage gentlemen from the heart of KansasCity, Cherokee began in late 2009 with guitar work and became fully formed in the Spring of 2010. The music is intense. There is dark deceit in the melody , a driving work of percussive force in the rythym of the drumming, a solid gripping groove in the bass guitar, and a riff heavy reign of guitar work coming from both sides!
